Shipping policy

At Green Bird Electric Solutions, we know that time matters on every job site. That’s why most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Special Order items are sourced directly from our suppliers and may take additional time to ship.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours containing your tracking number and carrier information.

A shipping charge applies to all orders. Rates depend on the weight, size, and destination of your shipment. To view your shipping cost, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see available shipping options and rates.

 

Free Shipping on Orders Over $500

We’re proud to offer free standard shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $500 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).

For orders under $500, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Please note:
Free shipping doesn’t apply to:

  • Oversized or heavyweight items (over 50 lbs)
  •  Remote locations or areas that require additional delivery fees (over $15 shipping value)

If your order requires extra shipping costs, we’ll contact you before processing. You can either approve the extra charge or cancel for a full refund. If we don’t hear back within 48 hours, the order will be canceled and refunded automatically.

 

Express Delivery Options

Need your materials ASAP? Choose express shipping at checkout to get your products faster. We’ll make sure your order gets prioritized so you can stay on schedule.

 

Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order? Select In-Store Pickup during checkout. We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready.

Most pickups are available within a few hours, though large or custom orders may take a little longer. Pickup is available during our regular business hours.

 

Backorders

If an item you ordered is on backorder, our team will reach out to you promptly with an estimated lead time and expected delivery date. 
You’ll have the option to:

  • Keep your order and wait for the backordered item to arrive, or
  • Cancel that item for a full refund
