30-Day Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. After this period, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Resalable Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, and any other included items are returned as well.

 

Exclusions: Please note that certain items are non-returnable. Breakers are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product for further assistance.

 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by email at info@greenbirdes.com or by phone at 1-855-425-7863. Provide your order details and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

 

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of shipment to ensure a smooth return process.

 

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once processed.

The Klein Tools ET450 Advanced Circuit Tracer Kit is a professional tracer for energized and non-energized breakers, fuses, and wires. When the Transmitter is connected to a circuit, the Receiver’s sensitivity can easily be adjusted to detect the transmitted signal on breakers, fuses, and wire through drywall, cement block, and underground. Kit comes with transmitter, receiver, blade and ground prongs, alligator clips, 3-Foot and 20-Foot lead adapters, AC plug leads, instructions, all required batteries, and a hard carrying case with handle for convenient transportation and storage.
